Charlotte was born in Muenster, Germany in 1993. She completed her Bachelor’s (2015) and Master’s (2017) degree in chemistry at the WWU Muenster. In October 2017 she started her doctoral studies on carbohydrates under the supervision of Prof. Ryan Gilmour at the same university. She joined Prof. Ilan Marek’s group in April 2022 to work on the remote functionalization of substituted cyclopropanes.
